Key Lime Pie

1 nine inch graham cracker crust
1 can sweet condensed milk
4 large egg yolks
1/2 c. key lime juice or bottled lime juice

Heat oven to 325 F. In a medium bowl, gently whisk together condensed milk, egg yolks, and lime juice. Pour into prepared crust. Bake until the center of the pie is just set- 15-17 minutes. Let cool completely on wire rack. Serve with a dollop of whipped cream.
