Has a tangy sweet flavor of barbeque. To ensure a tender roast, choose a marbled white roast.
2 1/2 to 3 lbs boneless chuck roast
3/4 c. ketchup
1 tbsp dijon mustard
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 garlic glove minced
1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
1/4 tsp liquid smoke
1/4 tsp salt and pepper
10-12 french rolls
Place beef roast in slow cooker. Combine ingredients in a bowl. Pour over roast. Cover and cook on low for 8-9 hrs. Pull apart shredded beef . Add 1 cup sauce and spoon onto warm french rolls.
