Recipe from: Shana Fakkel
Pete typed this out for college. It is enough to make one loaf.

3 T honey
2 ½ T oil
¾ t salt
1 T gluten (from baking aisle by flour, usually top shelf)
¾ c quick oats (or other whole grain flour)
½ c whole wheat flour
Mix together on low speed of mixer for 1 minute. Add 1 packet dry yeast; mix 1 more minute. Cover and let rise 30 minutes. Turn on mixer and add 1 ½ c more whole wheat flour. Beat on low for 5 minutes. Grease hands and form into loaf. Place in greased bread pan. Let rise in slightly warm oven for 30 minutes. Turn on oven to 350 and bake 30 minutes.
