Recipe from: Shae Johnson
I LOVE pulled pork sandwiches, and have been looking for just the right recipe. Finally found one from taste of home. These were so good! (However, I would personally recommend adding more meat.)
1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1/2 - 1 C. chopped onion (depending on personal preference)
1 C. Barbeque sauce
3 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 boneless pork sirloin roast (2 lbs.) trimmed
Buns
In a 3-qt. slow cooker, comine first 6 ingredients; add pork. Spoon some of the sauce over pork. Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours or until meat is tender. Remove meat. Shred with 2 forks. Return to slow cooker and heat through. Spoon 1/2 C. on each bun
