Mexican Corn on the Cob

Every year I go to Dairy Days and one of the food vendors has  this really yummy corn on the cob that has a yummy seasoning on it that I've been tryin to figure out what it is exactly.    I finally found a recipe for it.  Its the cheese that makes it so yummy.  So addicting! 

Cotija Cheese {grated}
Cayenne Pepper
Mayo or Mexican Creme
Lime Juice
Corn on the Cob
Wash your corn on the cob. Put them on the grill for about 15-20 minutes until cooked.Pull the husks off and wash.Spread a thin layer of Mayo or Mexican Creme.Roll in the Cotija Cheese.Sprinkle with Cayenne Pepper.Sprinkle with Lime Juice.
