Recipe From: Nikki Jones
4 TB oil
1 onion
2 fresh tomatoes
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. cumin
6 tsp. curry powder
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. cayenne
salt
8oz. plain yogurt
1 large chicken breast
1 c. water
Dice onion and tomatoes. In a small bowl, mix ginger, garlic powder,cumin, paprika, cayenne, and 3 tsp. of curry powder. Set aside. Slice chicken and slate it. Pour oil in pan. Put in onions and fry until brown. Add spices and stir 1 min. Add tomatoes and stir 1 min. Slowly add water till mixture is slightly more liquid than sticky. add chicken and cook 5 min. . add yogurt. Then add the rest of the curry powder to sauce. Serve over rice.
