Pumpkin Pie White Hot Chocolate

It's Pumpkin pandemonium  at our home this beautiful, brisk fall day! Our family loves all things pumpkin.  This cooler fall time weather seems to call for whippin' up this creamy delicious Pumpkin White Hot Chocolate which is sure to warm your soul!  We sure loved this  dreamy hot choc in all its Amazingness!  You'll absolutely love it!  I felt it needed just a lil more cinnamon so I changed the recipe to reflect 1 tsp cinnamon and added 1 Tbsp of Sucanant to sweeten a bit. Use what sweetener u prefer.  Cheers!

3 cups organic whole milk ( can substitute half and half, heavy cream, or a mixture.)
1 cup organic pumpkin puree
1 teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon ginger
dash of cloves
dash of nutmeg
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 Tbsp sucanant (a healthier sugar but can use other sweetener)
4 ounces white chocolate, roughly chopped                                                                                                                                             

In a medium saucepan, heat milk, pumpkin puree, spices, sucanant and vanilla on medium low heat. Do not bring it to a boil. Add the white chocolate and stir til melted. Remove from heat and serve immediately. Garnish with whip cream and cinnamon.
