Gluten-Free Pizza

2 TB dry yeast
1 cup brown rice flour
1 cup tapioca flour
1/3 cup buckwheat flour(ironically, gluten-free! Can be found at Winco)
4 TB rice or almond milk
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 1/3 cup hot water
2 tsp. oil
2 tsp. apple cider vinegar

Preheat to 500. 
Blend ingredients on low speed in mixer.
Beat on high speed for 3 minutes.
Dough will resemble soft bread dough. Add water if necessary.
Put mixture on lightly greased 12" pizza stone.
Put rice flour on dough. Press dough into pan, continuing to put flour on to prevent sticking to hands.
Make edges slightly thicker to hold toppings.
Bake pizza crust for 5-6 minutes. Remove and brush with oil.
Spread with sauce and toppings.
Bake another 15 minutes(or longer for crispier crust).
