Coconut Crunch Salad

One of my top favorite salad recipes. It always gets rave reviews.

Crunch Mixture

1/2 C. melted butter
1 C. flour
1 1/2 C. flaked coconut
1/4 C. brown sugar
1 C. slivered almonds

Filling

1 small vanilla pudding -INSTANT
1 small coconut cream pudding - INSTANT
2 2/3 C. milk
2 C. cool whip
2 Bananas
1 Can of mandarin oranges
1 Can or fresh pineapple


CRUNCH MIXTURE - Mix together & press in 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 for 15 min. Divide in half.

FILLING- Mix all ingredients together

Mix 1/2 of the baked crunch mixture w/ pudding. Sprinkle the other 1/2 of crunch mixture on top.
