1 c. converted rice
1/4 c. butter
1/3 c. diced carrots
1/3 c. finely diced green bell pepper
1/3 c. chopped celery
1/3 c. chopped onion
1/3 c. sliced mushrooms
1 tsp seasoned salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Cook rice according to instructions. While rice is cooking, in small skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add carrots, green pepper, celery, onion, and mushrooms. Cook stirring occasionally till tender. Add vegetable mixture, salt, and garlic powder to hot rice. Serve.
