1st Layer:
1 box yellow cake mix
2 eggs
1 stick butter melted
2nd Layer:
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese
2 eggs
1 box powdered sugar
1 c. chopped pecans
Mix ingredients for first layer together, and press into bottom of 9X13 inch pan. Cream the cream cheese. Add the rest of ingredients for 2nd layer, and pour over top of 1st mixture. Bake at 350 deg. for 35 min until done.
