Rice Krispy Chocolate Rolls

My visiting teacher gave me a huge goodie basket filled with a wide variety of yummy treats. She spends 16 hrs. making her Christmas goodies every year!!!  Included among all those treats was this Rice Krispy Chocolate Roll. Definately a winner!


Prepare cookie sheet by lining it with plastic wrap and then spray it with Pam.

Melt together 10 oz. small marshmallows, 1/4 cup butter and 1/4 cup peanut butter, once melted add 5 1/2 cups of rice krispies. Mix together.

Spread mixture onto cookie sheet. Spray hands with pam to spread.

Melt 3/4 cup butterscotch chips and 1 3/4 cup chocolate chips together. Once melted spread on rice krispies. Let sit for 10 to 15 minutes. Roll from short end. Let harden 15-20 min. before cutting into slices.
