White Hot Chocolate

Our family likes this with cinnamon rolls on Christmas morning.

3 cups low-fat milk
2/3 c. white chocolate chips
1 t. vanilla extract
1/2 t. almond extract
4 small candy cane sticks

In saucepan, heat 1 c. milk over low heat until hot but not simmering. Add white chocolate chips and stir until melted. Add remaining milk and whisk a minute or two until combined. Remove from heat and stir in extracts. Serve warm in mugs, stirring with a candy cane stick for a pepperminty flavor.
