Yummy Potatoes

Recipe from: Chad and Jessica Lewis

This dish is the first to go at potlucks.  Jessica got this recipe from her grandma.

2 lbs. hashbrowns
1/2 c. melted butter
2 Tbsp. minced fresh onions
1 tsp salt
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pint sour cream
2 c. shredded cheese

Mix all together. Put in greased 9x13 pan. Mix 2 c. crushed cornflakes with1/4 c. butter. Sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 uncovered for 20-30 min.
