7 manicotti noodles
1 1/2 C. mozzerella cheese, divided
1 C. cottage cheese
2 eggs
1/4 C. parsley flakes
1 tsp. instant minced onions (or a few dashes of onion salt)
1/3 C. parmesan cheese
speghetti sauce
Cook manicotti noodles 6-7 minutes. Ina bowl, combine 3/4 cup of the mozzerella cheese, cottage cheese, eggs, parsley, minced onions (or onion salt), and parmesan cheese. When noodles are done cooking, drain and stuff with the cheese mixture. Place noodles in a 9x13 pan (put a smaller layer of spaghetti sauce on the bottom so it doesn't burn), then cover noodles with spaghetti sauce and remaining 3/4 C. mozzerella cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
