Recipe from: Bruce Brown
*Original Brown Recipe
1 pound ground ham
1 1/2 lbs. fresh pork
2 C. bread crumbs
2 well beaten eggs
1 C. milk
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Shape into balls.
Mix sauce:
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 C. vinegar
1/2 C. water
1/3 C. brown sugar
Pour over meatballs. Bake one hour in 325 degree oven, occasionally basting sauce over meatballs.
