*Original Brown Recipe
Ingredients:
1 C. Sugar
2 tbsp. tapioca
1/4 C. orange juice
3 1/2 cups cut rhubarb
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. butter
Bake at 400 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
Double recipe for rhubarb cobbler.
