1/4 cup rolled oats
1/4 c. raisins
2 tbsp almonds
2 tbsp flaxseed
1/2 c. plain soy milk or your choice of milk
1 c. plain low fat yogurt
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp grated lemon peel
Place oats, raisins,almonds,and flaxseed in a bowl and pour the soy milk over them. Cover the bowl and refrigerate overnight. Pour the oat mixture into a blender and add the yogurt,lemon juice,and lemon peel. Blend on high speed until smooth.
