Healthy Start

Not in the mood for breakfast? Try one of these to perk you up in the morning!

1/2 c. unsweetened applesauce
1/2 c. plain low fat yogurt
1 tbsp lecithin granules
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 tsp bee pollen
1/3 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp vitamin c powder
6 ice cubes

Pour the applesauce into a blender and add the yogurt,lecithin,vanilla,bee pollen,cinnamon,ascorbic acid,and ice.  Blend on high until smooth. Serve immediately.
