This is a copycat of Wendys salad. My favorite one there! The amounts are just depending on how big a salad you want, just eyeball it.
Lettuce – Romaine or Green Leaf
Grilled Chicken – seasoned, cooked and cut into small pieces
Green Granny Smith apples (these are better because of the slight sour taste)– cut into small pieces
Craisins
Pecans - sweetened, if you can find them that way or roll in melted butter, brown sugar and cinnamon
Blue Cheese crumble
A good dressing for this would be like a rasberry vinegerette.
