1 cup sugar
1 tablespoon tapioca
¼ cup orange juice
3 ½ cups cut rhubarb
¼ teaspoon nutmeg
¼ teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon butter
1 cup sliced strawberries
Bake at 400 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
** Double recipe for rhubarb cobbler.
