Recipe from the kitchen of Laura Watson
So here is my punch recipe that I get so many requests for. Everyone
who tries it just luvs it! There's never any left.
1/2 bottle of piña colada
1 can frozen orange pineapple banana juice concentrate
1 liter diet lemon-lime soda
1 bag of pebble ice (buy it at Sonic Drive-In)
1 bag of frozen raspberries
pineapple cut up into bite size chunks
lemon slices for garnish
Directions:
Pour the concentrate & pina colada mixer into your punchbowl and stir.
Use one of the empty cans and fill it with water 3 times and add it to
the mixture. Stir. Add your diet soda to the mixture. (You can use
regular sugar-filled soda if you want, but I think it gets too sweet.)
Add about 1/3 of your bag of pebble ice.
Add your frozen raspberries & pineapple to the top.
