I went to an Enrichment Summer Potluck last nite. This salad was one
of the many salads served. I am a huge pesto fanatic & this salad was
the very first to be gone. I had to track down the lady who made it
because it was soooo incredibly delicious!
1 package cooked pasta
1 package spinach
1 package grilled chicken strips
1 packet hidden valley ranch dressing (make according to directions)
1 jar pesto
1 pint grape tomatoes
1 package feta cheese
I kind of just guessed on proportions, since I bought most my ingredients
at costco, and didn't use the entire huge packages.
