Recipe From: original Browns Best cookbook
4 c. sugar
4 c. water
One 6 oz. can frozen orange juice concentrate
1/2 c. lemon juice
One 46 oz. can pineapple juice
Mix sugar and water in med. saucepan. Heat 'til sugar is dissolved. Add orange juice concentrate, lemon juice and pineapple juice. Fill 6-7 ice cube trays with this mixture. Freeze 'til firm. Remove cubes from freezer trays and store in plastic bags. Use within 6 months. Makes 100 small cubes
Variation: Add 5-6 mashed bananas to mixture before freezing.
