Recipe From: Laura Watson
I had a couple friends rave about this salsa recipe found in the newer Eagle 2nd ward cookbook. Oh goodness........ is it ever yummmeeee!!! Tastes just like what you'd eat at a restaurant. I did add garlic and cumin to the recipe to give a lil more flavor.
5 Roma Tomatoes
1 14oz. can diced tomatoes with green chilies
4 tomatillos
1/2 of a white onion
3 single stalks green onions
1-2 jalepenos to taste
1/2 bunch of cilantro
1 tsp. cumin or add more to taste
1 garlic clove, chopped
salt to taste
Combine all ingredients in food processor & blend. Enjoy!
