While in Rosauers one day I spied a beautiful kale salad in the deli and asked for a sample. The employee told me what the ingredients were. Once at home, I began experimenting since I didn't have the exact measurements . I changed two of the ingredients due to the high glycemic index. I now eat this almost every day. Its that guuuuddd!
Chopped up Organic Kale
Coconut Nectar
Avocado Oil
Balsamic Vinegar
Slivered or sliced almonds
Craisins
The amounts I use of each ingredient are just eyeballed to be the consistency I like.
