Recipe From: Laura Watson
Take a moment and bliss out to this deliciousness. This salad was concocted when I combined 3 luscious jello salad recipes. Well, then I had to give it a proper name, you see. Since it had 7 delightful ingredients and tastes just heavenly, the name '7th Heaven' fit perfectly. Salad was served at Jace's baptism.
1 can of blueberry pie filling
2 c. frozen or fresh blueberries and raspberries
1/2 of a 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
2/3 bag of mini marshmallows
1 c. pecans or walnuts
1 c. coconut
2-3 c. heavy whipping cream, all whipped up
Combine all the ingredients EXCEPT the cool whip and blueberry pie filling. Mix well.
FOLD the pie filling, then FOLD whipping cream. Fold so you don't crush fruit and flatten whipping cream.
Optional: you could add a cut up banana and/or a fresh peach if desired.
