O my goodness....Go get yourself a hearty steak for dinner and try this wonderful marinade!! My steaks turned out so succulent, tender and juicy! The kids were begging me to make more!! I did venture off the recipe a little thou. I marinaded the steaks for 2 hrs. Then used half the marinade as a sauce to cook the steaks in. I added diced onions and garlic and cooked on low/med heat until the steaks were tender. The aroma was just heavenly. Once the steaks were done, I cut into bite size pieces. Then served it with a side of brown rice, drizzled in the sauce.
