My family loves this quick and easy smoothie! The avocado gives it the perfect creamy texture.
Ingredients
2 medium bananas, frozen
2 cups almond milk, unsweetened (or whole milk)
½ large avocado
2 pitted medjool dates (or 1 Tbsp honey)
½ tsp vanilla extract
3 tbsp raw cacao powder
small pinch fine-grain sea salt
A few ice cubes
Instructions:
Blend for 30 seconds until smooth.
