Big Mac in a Bowl

Want a healthy version of a BIG MAC? A friend posted this recipe on Facebook and I wanted to try right away! Finally got around to making it tonight and loved it! So simple, quick and easy! 



Ingredients:
1 lb Fat Free Ground Turkey or Ground beef
Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 Dill Pickle Spear Diced
Light Thousand Island Dressing
 Shredded Lettuce
Tomatoes Diced

Instructions
Brown Ground Meat... Put on plate, Top with Cheese, Lettuce, Pickle, and Tomato...Toss with Dressing.
Toss everything together and enjoy... or leave it in layers... your choice..
Another way would be to actually make a burger and put it on the bed of lettuce with all the toppings.
