Recipe From: Kara
Made this for dinner and we all enjoyed it. I love a good simple crock pot recipe. Perfect when you have a busy day ahead or just don't want to cook.
Ingredients:
4-6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 1/2 cup salsa verde
1 cup red salsa
1/4 cup lime juice
2 limes, sliced
salt and pepper
1 cup plain greek yogurt
Cilantro and avocado for garnish
6-8 Tortillas (my husband likes the little ones, and they
make about 8-10 tacos)
Instructions
In a slow cooker, add your chicken, 1 cup salsa verde, red
salsa, and lime juice.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4-6 hours.
Remove breasts from the slow cooker once fully cooked
through and shred.
In a bowl combine the shredded chicken, 1/2 cup salsa verde,
greek yogurt and salt and pepper for taste.
Place about 1/3 cup of the chicken mixture onto a tortilla

I've got to make this for dinner. I love a good taco recipe!
