I made this for Keith's Father's Day breakfast and it was a hit! I love how simple it is.
Loaf of French toast ( or whatever bread you prefer to use)
Eggs
Milk
Cinnamon
Cool Whip
Bag of frozen Berry medley berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)
1/8 c sugar (more if you prefer)
1 TBS lemon juice (optional)
Make your egg and milk bath and add cinnamon. Dip your bread slices and bake on griddle.
In a sauce pan heat the frozen berries and crush them as your stir. Add sugar and lemon juice. Once it makes a thicker sauce and berries are crushed (the blueberries didn't really crush but the others did) remove from heat.
Serve French toast with the sauce on top. To really make it yummy add some cool whip, this really upped the flavor!
