2 c. frozen pineapple chunks
1/2 c. canned coconut cream (not coconut milk)
We like it more tropical so....
handful of frozen or fresh mangos (optional)
few slices of a banana (optional)
ice cubes (optional)
pineapple pieces for garnish
maraschino cherries for garnish
Put pineapple juice, frozen pineapple and canned coconut cream in blender. Add other ingredients if desired for a tropical blend. Blend it all up. Garnish with slice of pineapple & maraschino cherry.
**Dole makes a Pineapple Mango juice that we really loved for this Pina Colada recipe.
