Recipe From: Misti
This would be great with fresh blueberries since lemon and blueberry are a good combo!
1 cup canned coconut milk
1 1/2 cup unsweeteened almond milk
3 Tablespoons sugar or honey
1/2 cup chia seeds
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon zest
Blend in a blender or stir well to combine and put in fridge for 3-4 hours. Top with granola, fruit and shredded coconut flakes.
